Every Session You've Logged, At A Glance
Six months of training, colour-coded, in one heatmap.
Scrolling back through months of individual workouts to answer "how consistent have I actually been" is nobody's idea of a good time. Advanced Tracking, part of Progress Tracking inside Athlete IQ, answers that question in one screen instead of a hundred scrolls.
How Advanced Tracking works
See every session you've logged over the last six months in a colour-coded activity heatmap, training and racing visible at a glance without opening a single workout. Underneath it, your longest active streak and your top three all-time efforts sit permanently on display, dated and ranked, so your biggest wins don't get buried under this week's training.
Why a heatmap beats scrolling your history
Consistency is easy to feel wrong about in either direction, you might think you've trained every day when you've actually had more gaps than you remember, or feel like you've been slacking when the record says otherwise. A heatmap removes the guesswork, six months of pattern laid out visually, so you're judging your training against what actually happened rather than what the last week or two made you feel like happened.
Where to find it
Advanced Tracking sits on your profile under Activity, above your Compete level card. The heatmap defaults to the last six months, and tapping into any coloured square drops you straight into that session's detail.
Who gets the most out of it
Anyone training through a long build, a full HYROX season rather than a single race block. The value compounds the longer you use it, six months of pattern tells you far more than a single week, so it's most useful to athletes already committed to consistent training over time.
Getting the most out of it
Use the heatmap to spot gaps before they become a pattern. A couple of quiet weeks are normal, but if you're consistently light on the same day every week, that's worth adjusting your schedule around rather than ignoring. Check your top three efforts occasionally too, they're a quick reminder of what you're actually capable of on a good day.
Common questions
Does the heatmap only cover the last six months? It defaults to six months, tapping into it lets you drop into specific sessions for the full detail behind any square.
What counts as an "effort" in the top three? Your best all-time performances, dated and ranked, sitting alongside the heatmap rather than buried in your full history.
Does this include races as well as training? Yes, the heatmap covers both training and racing, so it reflects your full activity, not just workouts.
