One Prediction, Every Format You Race

How fast we think you could go, in every division you race.

Training swings your fitness around week to week, but most predictions only ever cover the one race you're pointed at. Athlete IQ tracks a predicted time for everything you compete in, all at once, so switching formats doesn't mean losing your read on where you stand.

How Race Predictions works

Get a predicted time for every format you race, HYROX Singles, Doubles, Pro Singles, Pro Doubles, and more, each one updating independently as your training changes. Flip between all-time and week-by-week views to see the trend, with the change from the previous week sitting right next to the number, so you don't have to do the maths yourself to know if you're trending up.

Why one prediction per format matters

Most athletes don't race just one format all year, you might build toward Doubles with a partner while still doing the odd Singles race solo. A single prediction tied to one format can't follow you across that, it either goes stale or doesn't exist for the race you're actually about to enter. Tracking every format independently means whichever one you commit to next, there's already a current, trained-on number waiting for you.

Where to find it

Performance Predictions lives on your profile alongside your other Athlete IQ stats. Switch between "All efforts" and "By week" at the top of the screen to change how the trend is shown, and tap into any format for the fuller breakdown behind that number.

Who gets the most out of it

Athletes who race more than one format, or are considering switching, Doubles partners deciding whether to try Pro, or a Singles racer weighing up their first Doubles entry. Having a real number for a format you haven't committed to yet makes that decision a lot less of a leap.

Getting the most out of it

Check it weekly rather than daily. Predictions barely move session to session, but a week of consistent training shows up clearly, and that's the cadence that actually tells you something useful about where your fitness is heading. If you're deciding between formats for an upcoming race, compare the two side by side rather than just checking your main one.

Common questions

Do I need to have raced a format for it to show a prediction? The more history you have in a format, the sharper the number, but the view is built to cover every format you're tracked in.

What's the difference between "All efforts" and "By week"? All efforts shows the full trend over time, By week isolates the change from the previous week specifically, so you can see short-term movement without the noise of the full history.

Does training for one format affect the prediction for another? Each format's prediction updates independently from your training, so gains in one don't automatically show up in another unless the training actually crosses over.
